2018 is now officially just past the halfway mark, and (as usual) finds me struggling to keep up with updates! It’s been a busy year so far, but a good one as well. Here are some of the highlights:

My family moved to a new house, which temporarily put work on hold, but we’re all settled in, and the studio is up and running. Although moving was unexpected, I think will be good in the long run, both personally and professionally.

I’ve released a new album for Life Is My Soundtrack (Phoenix, Part 1). It’s the 1st installment in a 5 part series, which I hope to finish and put out this year. As of the time of this writing, I’m 2 songs away from starting to mix Part 2.

In other Life Is My Soundtrack news, I’ve spent a lot of my free time writing new material for future releases. Creatively, I’ve been on a high, and am trying to take advantage of it while it lasts! I would have to look, but I’m guessing I have roughly 40 new songs at this point. I’m going to do the best I can to keep the new releases flowing!

Teaching has been going great, and still seems to take up a large part of my time. Luckily, I get to work with some great people, and that makes the experience a privilege!

That’s all for now! I do have some different things that I’m still tinkering with behind the scenes, but my schedule has kept me from making significant progress in these areas. One day.
